Kinesiology (Human Kinetics) & Anatomy

Rolling back present time to our good ol' early education period, we would know that our initial learning platform is more on theoretical basis. Less practical or hands on were emphasized, not until we have ventured into the working environment. It might come across our mind that why do we have to undergo the boring and unexciting theoretical portion since that most of them not even applicable in our current work function. However, is it really true that getting to know the fundamentals theory is redundant and totally unrelated to us now?

In bodybuilding point if view, it is not so true. We could simply hit the gym without knowing the basic knowledge and getting to learn through experience or try-and-error method, but the more appropriate way is to keep ourselves equipped with the general knowledge on working out. One of them is to understand the kinesiology and anatomy of human body. This may sound like we are trying to re-call our "Biology" subject as you may find the details in the file attachment, but the most important points are to know the "Insertion" and "Origin". To train a particular muscle body part, simply move it's INSERTION --> ORIGIN.
