Exercise and Muscle Directory [Part II] - Deltoids

Our shoulders muscles, the Deltoids, or in short, delts, are divided into 3 main muscles; the Front delts, Anterior; Side delts, Lateral; and Rear delts, Posterior. In your shoulders training day, include the set of exercises which cover all of the three muscles group below.
