Method of Variation - Resting Time & Movement/Initial Postion

Resting Time
If all the while you have been practicing 1 – 2mins of resting time between sets and exercises, try shorter ones, i.e 30 – 50secs. It will definitely add difficulties and provide a different exposure to your workout routine



Movement/Initial Position
DB Seated Bent-over Rear Delt Row

- thumbs face each other: more impact on rear delt
- palms face each other: more impact on rear + medial delts

DB Side Lateral Raise
- palms face each other, at the front of your laps
- palms facing inwards, at both sides of your body

DB Front Raise
- thumbs face each other, at the front of your laps
- palms facing inwards, at both sides of your body
