- Warm up elevates core body temperature in order to better equip your body to deal with impending workout
- Warm up by doing 10 – 15mins of light cardio, followed by stretching, which targets on the area you are going to train. Cardio raises body temperature and stretching loosens muscles, tendons, and ligaments
Progressively lift heavier weights with caution
- Begins with warm up set(s) before go for workout set
- Stimulate, don’t annihilate. Avoid ego-driven training to achieve injury-free training
- Get enough rest by having a minimum of 6 – 8hrs of sleep daily
